| Q.) How Can I See My Rating? Before any comments and ratings go into effect, it is necessary for the administration to "accept/deny" comments. You will also receive an e-mail of the comment and the customers phone number via your e-mail. If this comment is negative, it will go into a review process and we will follow up on it with you. To communicate on a recent comment, login to your account panel by clicking here, and then once your logged in, click on "support". |
| Q.) How Can I Have a Higher Placement? Each contractors account has an "Ad Bid" feature -- the Ad Bid amount is a real-time placement option that you will pay for your ads physical placement on our web site. If your outbid during your month, you can re-bid to gain back your placement. This bid is in addition to your Ads Package that you originally signed up for, whether you chose a "Premium" , or "Standard" account type. |
| Q.) What Account Types Do I Have to Choose From, and What Are Their Advantages/Disadvantages?: Every one of our account packages will list you on the directory page on our site. Your account package that you select on sign-up will determine your ads physical placement on our web site, along with your ads bid. All Accounts will be listed in this order: Premium Members first, Standard Members second, and Free Site Listing members below premium and standard. |
